Advantages of Renting-To-Own,

1. We offer you the ability to get in a home today that you can purchase at the end of a year or more with very little down payment as compared to traditional financing.

2. We offer you the ability to Rent with the Option to Buy at a pre-determined price at the end of the year.

3. You can take advantage of Rent Credit where a portion of your rent adds up and is subtracted from the purchase price of the home at the end of the year.  Rent credit varies from home to home.

4. All money put down plus any and all Rent Credit is subtracted from the purchase price of the home at the end of the year.

*How much do you need to put down?

2.5%-10% of the purchase price is Average, with partial Financing Available.

*For example, you could easily accumulate $20,000 or more in rent credit and down payment that would come directly off the purchase price of the home at the end of the year.
*Say for example you put down $10,000 and accumulated $10,000 in rent credit, you would be in a substantially better position doing that rather than if you had chosen to rent and have nothing to show for it at the end of the year.

5. We work closely with a mortgage banker who specializes in credit repair strategies.  As long as you can verify your income there is a mortgage program designed specifically for your situation even if you have already been turned down by another bank.

As long as you can pay us on or before the 1st of the month and take care of the minor maintenance on the property, you will be one step closer to realizing the "American Dream" of owning your own home!
